CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other customers.
2. Late Cancellation Fee: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, a late cancellation fee of $100 will apply. This fee helps us cover a portion of the costs associated with reserving the time and resources for your appointment.
PERSONAL ITEM POLICY
Removal of Personal Items: Prior to leaving your car for service, please remove all personal belongings, including but not limited to, electronics, money, jewelry, sunglasses, and important documents.
Clean Interior: Removing personal items will allow our team to work more efficiently and ensure the highest level of detailing. Any items left in the car could impede the detailing process.
No Liability: Dynamic Auto Detailing LLC will not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings left in the vehicle before, during, or after availing our services.
Compliance: Your compliance with this policy is mandatory to proceed with our services. Failure to comply could lead to delays or partial completion of your service request.
